“Horrible product and manufacturer does not refund. I bought from the pool cleaner store/mercantile.com ( no refurbished products, they are supposedly all new condition) and put it in my pool for the first time May 26th. I had to run the full cycle 3 times and it still missed a complete sidewall, the steps and alot areas on the water line. The bottom also has alot of missed areas as I can tell because we just opened the pool.”
